We might be a good fit if you are in a place where you have done previous self work and feel strong and motivated enough to really look at and work on yourself...with love!

As a trained and caring professional, Maria offers insight and tools to help you address the issues you face. She will support your process with warmth, humor, and a belief in your ability to grow. She respects the personal autonomy and human dignity of all people. Maria offers a unique and very engaged style of therapy which includes direct reflection and engaged dialog. She will challenge you to grow. Whether you have tried therapy before and it just didn't click or you wanted more, you will have a deep and profound experience doing this work. If you are ready to be supported as you venture into your inner work, Maria is the therapist for you. Maria is committed to working with individuals of all configurations, races, religions, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As such, Maria is committed to an ever deepening exploration of her own conditioning, biases, and potential blind spots.

Maria works with most mental health and mood disorders with an emphasis on regulating the nervous system and building a solid relationship with yourself. Maria works with adults, and especially mature adults, around themes of building a more meaningful and congruent life, death and loss, relationship with self, parenting, spiritual practice of any type, and co-dependency. Anxiety is an area of speciality. Maria also works with couples who want a more honest, clear, direct, and team oriented relationship. She will require both members of the couple to look at what patterns they bring to the relationship as change happens with both connection and accountability. Maria does not bill insurance for relationship work.
