Cleo Doyle, PCA
Professional Counseling Associate

We might be a good fit if you are navigating:

  • Anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by life changes.
  • Relationship concerns, including communication challenges, conflict, or disconnection.
  • Questions around identity, sexuality, or gender, particularly within LGBTQ+ experiences./li>
  • Substance use concerns, recovery, or the impact of addiction on yourself or your relationships.
  • Emotional distress related to past experiences, crisis, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns.
  • A desire for a collaborative, affirming therapeutic space that honors your autonomy and lived experience.

I see therapy as a place to slow down and listen -- to yourself, your relationships, and what may be unfolding beneath the surface of everyday life. Many people come feeling stuck, unsettled, or unsure why certain patterns keep returning. Together, we explore these experiences with curiosity and care.

I bring over a decade of depth-oriented work, holding a master’s degree in Jungian psychology, with a focus on myth, symbol, and dream work, as well as a master’s degree in counseling. My work is also informed by psychoanalytic and relational perspectives, which help illuminate how early relationships shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.

In our sessions, we may explore relationship patterns, emotional responses, and recurring themes or images. I see these not as problems to fix, but as meaningful expressions of your inner life. The therapeutic relationship itself is central to my work, where I aim to create a steady, engaged, and compassionate space where insight and change can unfold naturally.

Areas I Commonly Work With:

  • Identity, self-understanding, and life direction
  • Relationships, intimacy, and attachment patterns
  • The impact of trauma or overwhelming experiences
  • Grief and loss
  • Spiritual or existential questions
  • Major life transitions

Modalities:

  • Jungian/Depth-Oriented Therapy
  • Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic and Relational Therapy
