We might be a good fit if you’re looking for therapy around:
- ADD/ADHD
- Chronic pain and illness
- Boundary setting and maintenance
- Anxiety
- Grief and loss
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, I offer my trauma-informed and social justice lenses to your experiences and the space we hold together. I hope to co-create a warm, safe, and affirming environment for you to allow yourself to feel deeply, build up hope, and tap into the resilience that you already have. I firmly believe that our bodies, emotions, and minds are inherently connected and that an integral part in healing our emotional side is to work on integrating all parts of ourselves. There are many different ways to heal, process, and grieve and I am interested in helping you find the path that serves you best emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Counseling is a collaborative effort in helping you to recognize strengths, identify needs, understand conflicts, discover new options, set goals, and make informed choices. Above all else, I hope to sit with you in the big and the small and provide a space where you can consistently feel seen and valued.
As a person in the LGBTQIA+ community, I hope to provide a safe space for queer, questioning, and gender-nonconforming clients. I strive to be actively anti-oppressive in all my work and continue to work on being anti-racist in practice. In all of my work, I hope to uplift and center voices that are marginalized and often silenced, such as disabled voices, and I often work with folks who identify as ethically non-monogamous. I believe that every client I have the privilege of interacting with already has the capacity and tools inside of themself to create change.
I use they/them pronouns and am a Pacific Northwesterner through and through. I enjoy cooking food, cuddling with my cat, hammocking outside, reading many many books, playing sports like soccer and volleyball, and sitting around a fire with good friends.
