In our work together, my priority is to create a space where you feel seen, accepted, and genuinely understood—a place where your story matters. I believe that all therapeutic work begins with connection between therapist and client. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we’ll explore how your personal experiences, identity, and environment have shaped you, and where you’d like to create more balance, growth, or acceptance in your life. I view mental health through both an individual and systemic lens, honoring how social, cultural, and environmental factors influence your well-being. I'd be curious how you view it?
Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and deeply authentic. I strive to bring honesty and empathy into every session. My approach to therapy is eclectic and I can create very structured focused sessions using ERP, CBT or ACT, but I am equally interested in client-led sessions that follow a more natural flow based on the present moment. As a therapist I am interested in getting to know all the versions of you and understanding how that brought you to where you are today. Ultimately, my hope is that our work together helps you strengthen self-compassion, understand your inner world more deeply, and move mindfully toward the change you seek.
As a lifelong learner, I’m intentional about expanding my understanding through ongoing training and multiple perspectives. My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive, intersectional frameworks, and I aim to notice and name power dynamics both within and outside the therapy room throughout our work. I work well with individuals, families and couples.
In addition to therapy at MFSP I also support and supervise clinicians and student interns.

She/her pronouns (or my name), please.
I am a cis-gendered, white female originally from Portland, Oregon. When I am not at work I am probably doing one of these things: delicious food, being outside, making ceramic art, hanging with my animals, learning from others, strength/endurance training, reading, telling jokes, or watching the same few TV shows over and over.
