I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that healing begins with connection. In our work together, my priority is to create a space where you feel seen, accepted, and genuinely understood—a place where your story matters.

Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate. Together, we’ll explore how your personal experiences, identity, and environment have shaped you, and where you’d like to create more balance, growth, or acceptance in your life. I view mental health through both an individual and systemic lens, honoring how social, cultural, and environmental factors influence your well-being.

Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and deeply authentic. I strive to bring honesty and empathy into every session, and I find that those who value openness and real conversation often connect well with my approach.

As a lifelong learner, I’m intentional about expanding my understanding through ongoing training and diverse perspectives. My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive, intersectional frameworks, and I aim to notice and name power dynamics both within and outside the therapy room.

Ultimately, my hope is that our work together helps you strengthen self-compassion, understand your inner world more deeply, and move mindfully toward the change you seek. All are welcome here.

I have a multidisciplinary approach in therapy that includes the following:

  • Cognitive (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
  • Exposure Response Prevention
  • Creative Art-based Therapy
  • Psycho-Somatic Integration
  • Co-regulation or Mindfulness-based Interventions
  • Mentalization based Narrative Exposure Therapy (MBNET)

She/her pronouns (or my name), please.

I am a cis-gendered, white female originally from Portland, Oregon. When I am not at work I am probably doing one of these things: delicious food, being outside, making ceramic art, hanging with my animals, learning from others, strength/endurance training, reading, telling jokes, or watching the same few TV shows over and over.
