Philosophy — I believe we are always in motion, becoming, remembering, and rediscovering who we are. Change invites us to pause and listen—to what’s ending, what’s emerging, and what still asks to be known. Therapy offers a place to hold that complexity, to make meaning of grief, identity, and transition, and to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to come home.
My Approach to Therapy — Therapy, to me, is less about “fixing” and more about remembering—remembering what you know, what you’ve lost, and what you’re becoming. I see the therapeutic space as a container for reflection, story, and renewal, where you can explore identity, grief, and connection in a way that feels grounding and expansive. Sometimes that work happens in stillness, and sometimes in motion, which is why I offer walking sessions for those who find movement, fresh air, and the presence of nature supportive in exploring meaning and change.
My approach is integrative and creative. We may use narrative reframing, parts work, or forms of written or visual expression to help externalize and transform your experience. I hold deep respect for the inner wisdom each person carries and believe that insight often arises through curiosity and compassion rather than force or analysis.
Populations and Identities I Work With — I welcome adults, couples, and adolescents across diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on those experiencing identity evolution—whether related to gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or shifting life roles. My work is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQIA+ individuals, immigrants, and those whose identities or experiences have been marginalized or misunderstood. My approach is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I also enjoy supporting individuals at creative or professional crossroads, those processing spiritual change, and people in caregiving or helping roles seeking renewed meaning and balance.
