Therapeutic work is first and foremost about relationships. Once building on trust, we learn where you’d like to see change and what’s getting in the way of your daily life and future goals. I focus on where you have had success in the past and what strengths you currently have to support you getting to where you want to be. I specialize in parenting, family therapy and supporting transitions of growing up and those experiencing grief. I use a strengths based approach, incorporate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy and the work I do is also the work I too am doing. We walk the talk.

El trabajo terapéutico tiene que ver ante todo con las relaciones. Una vez que nos basamos en la confianza, aprendemos dónde le gustaría ver cambios y qué se interpone en su vida diaria y sus objetivos futuros. Me concentro en dónde ha tenido éxito en el pasado y qué fortalezas tiene actualmente para ayudarlo a llegar a donde quiere estar. Me especializo en crianza de los hijos, terapia familiar y apoyo en las transiciones del crecimiento y de quienes experimentan duelo. Utilizo un enfoque basado en fortalezas, incorporo atención plena y terapia cognitivo-conductual y el trabajo que hago es también el trabajo que yo también estoy haciendo. Predicamos con el ejemplo.
