As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Registered Intern, Allie works with teens, adults, couples, and families to address issues that stand in the way of living well. Her work focuses on developing awareness of both emotional experiences and patterns as well as developing new behaviors to better cope with daily life stressors. Allie uses therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and positive psychology. Allie values a warm, authentic, and supportive therapeutic environment.
Allie also provides business partners therapeutic mediation to improve communication and strategy, and understand the issues that may get in the way of running a successful business.
Allie does not currently accept insurance and session are charged as an out of pocket cost. Her rates are:
$90 per 50-minute counseling session for individuals
$100 per 50-minute couples/family session
$100 per 50-minute business therapeutic mediation
Sliding scale rates are offered depending on income and need.
Allie offers complimentary 30-minute consultations for those interested in beginning services with her.

Carrie Booth holds a Masters degree in Social Work and has been in the field of social work and social justice for over 20 years. Prior to receiving her masters degree in Social Work, she worked for over 15 years in a variety of communities in a number of roles, advocating for people experiencing marginalization, including homelessness, domestic violence, differing developmental abilities, and both urban and tribal Native American communities. Carrie’s hopes are to support you in the discovery and growth of your own true being and in living your best life. A life that feels meaningful, thriving, compassionate, and enriching. To not only learn and understand how to find deep healing, happiness and freedom in your life, but to feel, integrate, and experience deep healing, happiness and freedom. Carrie provides a warm, genuine, collaborative and validating sacred space in which your story can safely be shared and held with psychological, sociological and spiritual depth.
Carrie's healing sessions are $65-$85 sliding scale and your first session is free.

As a trained and caring professional, Maria offers insight and tools to help you address the issues you face. She will support your process with warmth, humor, and a belief in your ability to grow. She respects the personal autonomy and human dignity of all people. Maria offers a unique and very engaged style of therapy. Whether you have tried therapy before and it just didn't click, or if this is your first venture into counseling I know you will have a deep and profound experience working with her. If you are ready to be supported and uplifted in your deep inner work, Maria is the therapist for you. Maria believes that families are as varied and diverse as the individuals that comprise them and as such she is committed to working with individuals and families of all configurations, races, religions, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Maria's sessions are 50 mins long; $130 for individual and $150 for couples. She offers walk and talk sessions on for clients who find movement and nature to be helpful in their healing process.
Maria sees clients in person in her office in Sellwood or she uses a HIPPA compliant therapy video conferencing platform for secure video sessions. Video session are surprisingly effective (and BCBS insurance covers them) and can be done from the comfort of your home. Due to licensing considerations, Maria can only see clients who live in WA and OR for therapy.
I do bill Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS insurance as an in network provider. I am happy to bill other insurance companies if your plan covers out of network psychotherapy.
