Elaine Cohn
Elaine is a Registered LPC Intern and offers a blend of counseling and mind-body practices including yoga, mindfulness, meditation and relaxation techniques to clients to help create a healthy sense of self and well-being, and bring more balance and meaning to their lives. She uses somatic and strength-based models along with person-centered, cognitive, existential, psychodynamic and solution focused therapy. As a yoga teacher for over 20 years, she teaches trauma-sensitive yoga at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) and Yoga Teacher Trainings. Elaine works with adolescents, adults, couples and cancer survivors with issues of trauma, grief and loss, stress, anxiety, depression and anger.
